Delivery Times

Our products are sent by express courier and delivered within 48 hours (working days).
Please note that your order request requires a certain amount of time to be processed in our warehouses: a maximum of 2 working days.

Transport Charges

We apply in Europe a single transport rate: 12,00 euros.

Please also note that we use approved couriers who apply a package tracking system: we know the exact location of your package at all times.

Right to Cancel

The articles sold on www.fortknox.it are subject to the regulations stated by Legislative Decree no. 50 of 15th January 1992 which gives the right to the consumer to cancel his/her order within seven days from receiving the product purchased.
This right allows the buyer to return to the seller the product purchased, as long as it is in the same original conditions, and to be refunded the cost of the product purchased.

PROCEDURE

1) make sure to have at hand the following documents:
original purchase document (invoice number and date) or delivery note, bank account details on which the bank transfer will be credited (ABI, CAB codes, bank account in the name of the person appearing on the invoice).
2) Send a registered letter with return receipt with written and signed declaration, stating your intention to exercise the right to cancel, explicitly including all the above information.
3) Accurately wrap the original packaging to protect it against damages
4) Ship the goods carriage paid (thus paying for transport) to the following address:

Quantus Srl will refund the amount shown on the invoice, excluding associated charges (art.8, paragraph 3, Law Decree n. 50 of 15/01/1992) within 30 working days.
